The Sauvignon gîte presents a major asset with its covered terrace offering a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the Lot valley. This space invites you to enjoy your breakfast, immerse yourself in a good book, share an aperitif, or simply enjoy pleasant moments with family around the table.
Inside, the dining room/kitchen is furnished, highlighting the old wine vats on one side, and the beautiful Lot stone on the other. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove (oven), a hood, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and much more.
Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and washing machine.
Upstairs, the master bedroom (double bed 160x200) offers a view of the vineyards, while another bedroom has 3 single beds (90 x 200). The bedding is of exceptional quality for optimal comfort.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.

October to April: €445 per week
May - June – September: €645 per week
June 29 - July 13 & August 17 to 31: €895 per week
July 13 - August 17: €995 per week

Your vacation is off to a good start, your beds will be made and the bottle of Famaey rosé will be chilled for your arrival.
- Each cottage is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
- Arrivals are from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.
- On the day of departure, the gîte must be available from 10:30 a.m. max.
- When booking a deposit of 30% is requested.
- The balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 300 euros is requested upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after the inventory of fixtures.
- Flat rate of 50€ will be requested for the final cleaning.
- Possibility of renting towels.
- We can provide you with a baby cot and a baby chair provided you request it when booking. The gîte must be tidy, repaired and swept.
- Smoking is prohibited in the gîte.
- When booking, a rental contract will be sent by the owner with all the necessary information.
- Each rental contract will take effect upon receipt of the deposit check.
